Comments:Base is damaged and will not screw into an E12 socket. Use E14 for testing. Seller says: "candelabra base with a porcelain insulator. There's no doubt it's been used but for what it was used in I can't be certain. It might have been red flashed or painted at one time because around the upper part of the base and on the insulator shows some light red."
